If seriously considering our services and for even more personalized information specific to YOUR personal situation, we urge you schedule a physician consultation. Spending time with our physician specialists will allow all of your questions, both generally and personally to be answered and will give the Doctor a chance to evaluate your suitability for the procedure(s) you are considering. The fee for a consultation is $365. An initial physician consultation is mandatory for program enrollment. If you enroll within 14 days of your consultation, your consultation fee will be credited to your cycle.
