enrollees allowing your fertility or gender selection cycle to be paid in advance, with repayment
carried out in monthly installments. Unlike many financing plans offered by Fertility Centers, terms of the financing plans offered are reasonable

we will be notified of your acceptance and will receive an ID number that we may use to
submit all of your fertility related charges for reimbursement directly to your account
