IVF services for $5,800.00.
$5,800 "BASIC" CYCLE REQUIREMENTS (subject to physician review and approval):
- Female age 41 years or under
- Serum FSH level less than 10.0 mIU/ml (we can arrange testing for this)
- No complicating medical factors requiring evaluation or treatment (diabetes, hypertension, recurrent miscarriage, etc.)
- Normal male sperm count (treatment for low counts available (ICSI) at extra charge)
- Medications, pre-cycle testing extra.

Your IVF care will be carried out by a dedicated team headed by reproductive endocrinologists Dr. Jeffrey
Steinberg and Dr. Alison C. Peck. Unlike many multi-physician programs that divide patient care between
sometimes dozens of physicians, both physicians in our practice will know your individual case intimately. We
begin IVF cycles based on your individual menstrual pattern, rather than grouping cases together for clinic
convenience. For those undertaking IVF in our program, we offer an additional option of 99.99% guaranteed gender selection that allows you to choose the sex of your
pregnancy. We know of no other progam anywhere in the world providing a higher or more successful volume of
successful gender selection than our own. We have performed hundreds of cases while maintainng a 100% success rate
in achieving the desired gender outcome!
For those that may require the additonal services of a surrogate mother or egg
donor, we maintain our own, in-house roster of young, screened and tested University
student egg donors. There are no agency fees charged for our donors. This can lead to a savings in the
thousands of dollars! We have near immediate availablility of tested and screened gestational surrogates as
well. Unlike the often very long waits for a suitable surrogate, we are often able to effect a match within days
to weeks. We are able to accomodate demanding patient work schedules by offering early morning evalutaions that
can put you back on the road to work efficiently.

nation's leading PGD centers. Adding PGD genetic analysis to study the true health of your embryos prior to
their being returned to you has resulted in markedly enhanced pregnancy rates in patients with a history of
