Here at the Fertility Institutes, patients struggling with infertility mean
EVERYTHING to us. We welcome your comments about our web site, which is under
constant revision and improvement. We, as a multispecialty practice
(reproductive endocrinology, gynecology, andrology, urology, embryology),
spend one or two evenings a week after office hours (7 P.M. Pacific) reviewing
questions addressed to our web site.

A Note About Our E-mail Responses
We are gratified by the ever increasing volume
of e-mail we receive from interested people. Our e-mail volume has increased
from approximately 5-6 messages per day in 1995 to now over 250 messages per day!
Just as we do in our clinical practice, we go to great effort to assure that
each person receives a personalized response from a nurse or physician. We
do this after-hours, to allow our current patients our undivided attention.
If you send a note, it will be answered, but we must ask for your patience.
Most messages will be answered in 3-7 days. If you do not hear back from
us after 10 days, please resend your original message. Please be sure that
the answer to your question is not found on the web site. We find that many
of the e-mail questions are answered at various locations on the site, and
will respond only with this information. If the problem is not addressed
on the site, we will do our best to help.
